I know that the Sonos products are expensive, but once you have them you realize the value. The ease of set up, no wires and the amazing sound makes the price seem worth it. I had the Arc and Ones for surround for the first six months. My awesome wife bought me this sub and wow, it was a game changer. The design also eliminates vibrations. Love, love this sub!

The Sub Gen 3 is a great option for a Sonos Arc. The Arc by itself has okay bass output, but really struggles at higher volumes. The Sub Gen 3 takes that workload off the Arc and allows the Arc to shine at what it does best, My only complaint is the cost, but if you are looking at a Sonos setup, you likely already justified your cost of entry.

The Arc is a good soundbar but the sub definitely makes a big difference. In comparison to some old subs ive had and listened to its just cleaner sound and not just shaking everything. It’s quite expensive but often goes on sale for a little over six hundred. Glad we’ve added it to the setup.

Great sub. It was easy to set up, although I had to restart my router for it to connect properly. Once that was determined using Sonos help online (second thing to try after rebooting phone), it was very easy to add and get registered in the system. It added richness to the audio. I am happy with the purchase

Unlocks a different level of clarity from the Sonos Arc. I highly recommend it. If you own an Arc you know it's already very clear with any source playing through. However, the difference between the Arc pre Sub is substantial as the Arc now sends all low end signals to the sub, allowing it to reallocate processing power to ever other frequency. As for the Sub, it sounds amazing. We have it place about a foot away from the corner behind our couch and it feels the room, easily.

This sub is awesome for a home entertainment system. It puts out great bass without shaking the room. You feel the bass without the windows rattling, if that makes sense. If you are already committed to Sonos then why not splurge and get the whole package? Paired with the Arc and sitting directly behind the couch it nealy launched my mother-in-law out of her seat during the first big scene in No Time to Die. I plan to buy a second for the other room.

We have a large Living Room where we have the Sound Bar plus 2 Sonos 3 speakers as the surround sound with the bass all the way turned up. The system can handle the volume but with the bass set at 100% the bass can sound distorted during peak moments in a movie. So i decided to purchase the wireless subwoofer which is the perfect addition. I set the bass to 50% on the entire system and it really thumps now. With half of the bass set the system does not sound like its being overutilized so the entire movie experience AND sound quality is fantastic.

Sonos Sub delivers powerful, room-filling bass that elevates your Sonos system to new levels. It seamlessly integrates with your existing setup and offers easy placement flexibility. You'll hear and feel the difference in both movies and music.

The Sonos Arc is great by itself but after hooking up the Sonos subwoofer….WOW!!! What a difference! It literally takes the listening experience to a whole new level. It’s like both units work off of each other so well that now I’m hearing things from the Arc that my ears weren’t picking up on until I installed the subwoofer. While certainly not cheap it’s money well spent. It makes watching movies with the family at home that much more enjoyable having that movie theater sound right in the comfort of our living room.
