This sub is really small and very powerful. I have to keep it at 0 or becomes a little overpowering. I purchased with the arc and will say it makes the arc so much better.

I'm using this with Sonos Beam (reviewed separately). Nice looking; compact and easy to place. Provides plenty of low end to complement the Beam. At $500 it would get 5 stars.

The Base is out of this world. I have it placed in my open family room and it feels like a movie theater. I have wood floors and really high ceiling. I didn’t think that the sound would fill the room, however I was more than surprised.

I added this to my beam and Sonos 1’s to have a surround system for the family room. While it is noticeable, not sure it was worth the price.

Absolutely insane sound - honestly might buy a second sub just because I love the way it sounds so much. Love the functionality of the Sonos app too and how much you can play with the sound preferences. We have the Bose 700 sound bar and sub in our living room and a Sonos sub and playbar in another room and I prefer the Sonos to the Bose (subs cost the same).

I bought this sub to add additional base to my Sonia Beam and pair of Sonos One speakers. This system is in my bedroom and makes me feel like I am in a movie theater. I paired the sound system with my 65” OLED. I have been waiting for over a year to purchase it, but I finally did it and it is worth it. It is a perfect match.

Bought this for hubs to complete our home surround sound and WOW! What a difference it makes from just having the speakers and sound bar. The bass is incredible and sound quality is top notch. If settings are right it can feel like you’re one of those big movie theaters with all the surround sound! Definitely a must if your buying any Sonos home product.

Phenomenal addition to my Sonos eco-system. I have the Arc and 2 One’s (surround) and now with the Sonos Sub I have a complete, awesome and house rattling system that makes my family and friends literally jump out of their seats! If you have a Sonos Soundbar, this Sub is an absolute requirement (if you can afford it); the sound is phenomenal.

Taking Sonos Sound to New Depths

Love the styling. Shape and thickness make it much easier to cram into a corner or someplace else to hide it from view. Easily passes the WAF (wife acceptance factor). Solid sound, integrates seamlessly with other Sonos products. Really adds come depth to Sonos soundbars and stand-alone streaming speakers. One negative: it's expensive.

The Sonos sub was the last speaker I added to my home theater setup after the Arc and One SL surrounds. Without the sub, the system sounded good but after adding the sub it sounds much fuller and even dialogue sounds clearer. Very glad I added it to my system.

I was looking into some of higher end name brand soundbar and subs when a couple people had recommended Sonos. I was a little hesistent but went in and listened to it. I was blown away. Sound quality is better than previous brands I was looking into. The Sonos app is so easy and convenient. Sonos for the win.

This is a must have with your Sonos soundbar. It improves the sound 100%. We were enjoying our Sonos Arc but it isn't able to produce any bass. With the addition of this sub, it now feels like we're in a movie theater while watching TV and in a club while listening to music. If you don't like too much bass you have the ability to dial it down on your app.

The price of this sub is what made me wait this long to get it but that was a mistake! I added this to my beam that we’ve had for three years and man what a difference! I regret not buying them together. Watching TV is now an experience and movies have gone to a whole other level. If you’re on the fence due to the price, I promise you won’t regret getting it!

Added this to my Arc sound bar. Definitely made a difference. It’s not so much base that it’ll rattle the whole house, but enough to make movies and music more enjoyable. Set up was a breeze too. I already had the sound bar set up, so all I had to do was plug it in and follow a few simple steps in the Sonos app. The whole process took about 5 minutes.
