Sonos Fail
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my sub-mini CHristmas 2023 during Black Friday. The unit has not worked since a mandatory Software in June. Best Buy would do nothing about it since it was past their 30 day return period. I have more than 12 hours on the phone with Sonos and they are unable to resolve the matter but will not take it back. I start over every time I call Sonos with their Tier 1 support. Once Tier 1 decides they can't resolve the problem they send to Tier 2 and say I will get a call back. This is their way of getting me off the phone. BOttom line is I got about 5 months of use out of the sub-mini and am sttuck with a brick. BB and Sonos have blown me off. Save yourself the headache and consider the Bose systems.

Better than no sub but not good enough

It gives some base, sure, but not at all the richness, quality or depth i was expecting. Not sure how the reviews are this high. The rumble doesnt quite rumble but i should have known a 6 inch sub wont deliver.

Avoid sonos
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used to work flawlessly but then at some point its just become a complete nightmare. I have 6 differnt sonos products and feel completly ripped off consideing the amount of money ive spent.

Dont bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Will not connect through the Sonos app. I have tried wired and wireless. This is too expensive of a product to spend hours waisting my time off trying to connect. Do better or charge less!!!!

Does not suppost apple airplay 2

They support connecing to othwr sonos speakers that connect to airplay. This is like saying my tv supports airplay because I can plug an Apple TV into it.

Don’t roll out productif there are issues

No solution in a week , took back mini sub. Why roll out a product when you have not worked out all the issues? Never again!!
