The main problem I have with it is that to update the software it always has to be unplugged, taken to a router, plugged into that. It is an often hours-long process to update it. And when it doesn't update the surround sound itself decides not to work. Sonos products are much more expensive than others so I expect a better user experience. I am likely going to return this product and all the Sonos products I bought with it because they just aren't worth the premium price.

Fantastic output for this sub. In a large room you should go with the bigger full size sub but might be able to get away using the mini possible in some cases depending on the configuration of your room. Buy it you will not regret it.
