    The first sub I got didn’t work, so I had to get it replaced. Customer service was useless. Took 4.5 hrs on the phone for them to tell me that it was bad and that I needed to have it replaced.

    I had a great expectation with this product. Unfortunately it’s not compatible with some WiFi routers. After 2 weeks trying to install, I found it out. And guess what? Too late to return. The return window was only 2 weeks.

    unless something was missed in set up, by me or the tech, can't really hear it. I've tried big bass music, going back to calli and the like.

    First one we bought didn’t work at all we had to bring back and get another one.. Hopefully the one that gets delivered on Tuesday will be better..

    I have yet to listen to the sound it puts out because I have not been able to hook it up to my new smart TV, purchased at the same time. My chat session with Geek Squad did not help.

    When opening the sub mini everything appeared to be in order. However, the sub mini was covered in Brownish stains/oils. Like if a a factory worker had oil all over their hands while handling the sub mini. Even inside the hole where the two woofers are at it is extremely dirty. It appears to wipe off, however, for this price of this thing it should not come this way. I will be returning it and repurchasing another one.

    I couldn’t get the subwoofer to connect to the Sonos ultra surround sound bar I have so I have to return it

    Can't get it to hook up, returning it. Sonos tech couldn't figure it out either. I thought maybe they would have cured these issue with something new (gen 2) but it's the same problem.

    Easy install of app and use via cell. Sound quality is superb as well as adjustments pairing and fine tuning all speakers and subs attached to system is a smooth process. Overall 10 of 10. Usually my go to is JBL but Sonos won me over in comparison.

    For a Sonos product i think this is the least value. The rest of the speakers are enough.

    Mini-sub will NOT connect with any other Sonos products. Sonos tech support was unable to correct the problem, The only solution was to return the defective product.

    Received with the top having come off in transit. No damage to packaging. Either a manufacturing issue or just flimsy design. Returned and bought a different sub.
