So, I am a huge fan of wireless music. This is a great choice for those who have the cash flow and is a must have for wireless music. The bass is very deep and adjustable to your system. I did want to stress that it only works with limited Sonos products such as the Sonos Amp. It can be placed anywhere there is an outlet. It is very comparable to high end wired sub-woofers that takes up very limited space. The sound fills a very large room such as a dinning or living.

The Sonos 5.1 setup has an unparalleled sound for the price. I knew what I was buying was really good as I have family members who've had Sonos products for years, but I have been continuously amazed with how full the sound is! My music taste ranges from classic rock and blues to old school hip hop. The subwoofer handles all of it!

Listened too a lot of complete/traditional systems before getting the SONOS, which is great. Does not take a lot of space, easy to set up, run it all day streaming HD add free radio and it sounds great, movies at night sound good too. No regrets, and yes you can turn off the little white "on" indicator light in settings.

This sub not only looks great it produces a clear bass sound for our theater room. It fills the room with sound like a movie theater. The price is a little higher than some other subs but when coupled with the Sonos sound bar it is awesome. All wireless and plays all blue tooth and internet radio through homes wifi.

I paired this with the soundbar from SONOS. It is fantastic. The app on your phone/iPad/whatever walks you through the positioning and the set up of the Sub. It was built with opposing speakers so it does not rattle, just adds some great rumbling lows. I streamed Top Gun and the fighter scenes were really powerful.

I don't think this subwoofer is any better or worse than others I've had. I knew what I was getting into when I bought it and it performs as expected. I do like how Sonos has a built in sync for the subwoofer and it's placement in the room. That is a great feature! The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is the price. It's a very pricey item and I even bought it as an open box item. All in all I am very satisfied with the Sonos System as a whole. I would definitely recommend it and they keep making improvements which may justify the price in the end?

awesome sounds and very convenient with wifi setup

I wasn't sure if I was going to add this to my system, but the Best Buy Sale guy convinced me to add it and just return it if I wasn't pleased. I must say that I am so happy that I decided to purchase it because the sound is amazing. Blows away my Bose sub any day. It also paired very nicely with my current Sonos system.

Makes the sound bar a true theater sound. Action movies are more entertaining, music is concert like, and now I don't even want to see a movie in the theaters. I have the best seat. Next is a few mini speakers all over. Sonos is like addictive couture chocolate, I enjoy each piece and save up to indulge in more.

I added the subwoofer to my Sonos system and it has been a very enjoyable addition. It's nice to be able to go into the app and change the level of the subwoofer depending on who or what is being played over the system. I'm considering purchasing another one to enhance the sound system in another area of my home.

After hearing the Sound Bar alone and then adding the Sub in the showroom, we decided to spend the extra money to purchase both. Installation was quick and easy. The sound for TV is great, but the sound for music is even better. We control it from an Apple Computer or IPhones to easily play iTunes music or internet radio. Simple to use. If playing radio and you turn on the TV, the system automatically switches to the TV sound and you can control sound level with TV Remote. It only allows one TV remote, and I wish it would allow more, but that's a very minor limitation.

Great sounding base. It's easy to control the levels so it's not too overwhelming, but can also bring the pain if you want to make the neighbors mad. Overall this item is pricey, but worth the purchase.

We did alot of research before buying and found in all the reviews here and abroad this system has stood the test of time and discriminate ears after getting it home and seeing how easy it was to set up the quality was awesome .equivalent to the older wired dennon sytem we had . would definatly recommed

I bought the sub woofer last to round out my system. This was the piece that completed my sound. From subtle quality improvement at low volume TV to awesome full theater sound on an action movie with high volume. This is the Bomb!
