This is a pricey item, but works perfectly with the system, and delivers great lows. Awesome if you are going to make a sons home theatre sound system!

I bought this subwoofer along with some of the other components made by SONOS. The subwoofer is excellent. It puts out great quality sound. I love it!

Wireless system is great. Once you learn how to operate the system you will never buy another system. I have been waiting for a system that is wireless and this is it. Sound bar produces mega bass and adding the sub really enhances the sound. Quick setup: Set up each room to the sound bar with play 3 as surround speakers. Set up play one in same room naming it another room for enhanced speaking. Set up play 5 in rear of room naming it in another room and it will play language and deep background. When grouped you can control each separately on your iPad/iPhone. Family complains it is too loud so now I can eliminate all the great sound and isolate the sound to my play 1 speaker next to the couch. It still sounds great and can hear every word without disturbing family upstairs. [When they are away WOW the sound is fantastic. Michael Jackson DVD sounds live] Note: sometimes speaker grouping is lost and an easy fix for iPhone is to turn on and off airplane mode and system reconnects. I'm a believer in SONOS. They make new products to add to your existing system.

I bought a play bar six months back. This however, enhances the play bar to another level. Even the dialogues are clearer. Looks great in the living room

Replaced my Bose system. No comparison. The Sonos produces a much clearer base tone with a deeper rumble.

Enhances the sound quality experience of the TV. There is some vibration felt in the room --will call the Geek Squad to adjust this, otherwise, LOVE IT!

Sonos for me has been a great experience. I added the sub to a the sound bar and 2 play 5's... Not that the play 5's don't have enough bass...I thought that the soundbar was holding the play5's back and for explosionis and other action sequences it was required...The sub is incredible to the point where I needed to dial it back a notch...Movies are incredible with the addition of the sub and music....Well I could open my own club now....Connectivity and ease of hookup were a snap..I'm trying to create a home where there is music in every room and you can travel anywhere in it and have instant control of any room. The app handles all of that and more even enabling others to add songs to the que from their phone. I still consider the system pricey but for what I want it works and works well.

This thing is rocking! Paired with the playbar, it will rattle the pictures on the walls or provide the right amount of rumble in the floor!

I had the sonos sound bar to start, adding the sub completely exceeded my expectations. Great sound! Looking forward to expanding my sonos system.

Sound quality is superb. Really love the fact that you can tune the room that it sits in and you can control the volume all thru my phone.

The subwoofer is an excellent addition to the Sonos TV Playbar. It adds much more depth to the sound without an overpowering presence. The setup could not have been any easier. It took no less than 5 minutes to add the subwoofer to my system.

I bought a sonos play 5 a few years back and it is amazing. So, when I purchased a new home I decided to install a home theater system and did not think twice about what brand to choose. Sounds great. Easy to use from any of my handheld devices... best part is, when my kids have the tv blasting video games I can turn it down from anywhere in the house.

Sound quality is very good. Set up and apps are very easy to use

Sonos makes great stuff and this sub is no exception. Added to a pair of Sonos 1s and the bass is nice and tight. Expensive but well worth it.
