Adding the Sonos Subwoofer improved the sound of my Play 3's dramatically. Easy to setup and add to any room - I highly recommend the Subwoofer as an addition to your Sonos system.

Bought the home theater package -- soundbar, sub-woofer and two wireless speakers, total price $1,800. The product is nice. Easy to set up, easy to use. Everything worked perfect. But at the end of the day, the sound was no better than the Panasonic system I bought at least 12 years ago for a few hundred dollars (including the dvd player). Bottom line, for $1,800, I was expecting to be blown away by the sound. I was not, and returned the system. Caution -- Best Buy's return policy is iffy. Manager claimed there were "skuff marks" on the sub-woofer and refused to take it back. The "marks" were barely noticeable traces on the black lacquered plastic. We were super careful and I'm sure we didn't put them there. If you buy, be sure to to open the package and go over the unit with a fine toothed comb, or Best Buy might not take it back.

This SONOS piece is incredible, which brings the joy of watching movies from the TV to a whole new level. You would think you were in a movie theatre.

This sub is worth every penny of the 699.00 but lucky me I bought it as a open box item and this sub is as powerful as it is pretty to look at.

I purchased this for my husband for Xmas to go along with our other Sonos equipment and he loved it!!!!! it makes watching movies awesome!!!!

I was skeptical of spending $700 on a subwoofer but it was well worth it. No rattle at all and provides the deep bass.

This subwoofer perfectly compliments the Sonos Playbar that we purchased. The subwoofer sits perfectly behind the curved TV that we have. Set up was quick and easy. Awesome sound quality when added with a couple of Sonos Play:1s in surround sound.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with my Sonos system. I have had a Samsung playbar and sub for quite some time and I never knew what I was missing until Sonos stole my heart. I would buy these again without hesitation. These speakers are quite pricey, but the bottom line is you get what you pay for. No regrets! Thanks Sonos for a great sounding system thats easy to install and set up. Ya'll really do rock!

Great subwoofer with amazing highs and lows. A must have with a sonos surround sound.

Powerful base which enhances the sound experience. Great for playing music and watching movies. Makes you feel like you are in a surround sound theater. Great clarity as well.

if you want angry neighbors, buy this. I don't even think about turning it up more than half way. Looks clean and easy to connect. You need this with the playbar

I tried a Sony wireless subwoofer sounder system and was disappointed. I should have started here first. We love our Sonos sub because it's wireless, solidly built (kid friendly) and provides great sound.

Before purchasing the Sonos sound systems, I was a little reluctant due to my existing sound system. Once a friend referred me to Sonos, I was hooked. I did a little research before making the purchase, but once I did, I pulled the trigger. I was one happy person.

It's a little expensive, but this subwoofer is awesome. If you have the playbar, this is a must-have (for better or for worse). However, the setup was super easy. I was worried about the wireless sync, but it's perfect. And the customization options are really nice. I'm only using about 30-40% power -- but it's nice to know that I can crank it up and shake the house if I want to. I strongly recommend a Sonos system now because of this subwoofer. Also, it looks beautiful.

I purchased the Sonos Soundbar first and went about six months before getting the sub to go with it. I first thought I could get away without it considering it costs as much as the Soundbar. I finally broke down and sprung for the sub and it was worth it! The convenience of putting it anywhere since it is wifi is great! I keep it behind my couch and out of sight which I love. My only negative comment about it is that I had trouble pairing at first but a helpful Sonos tech guided me over the phone and I've had no problems since. If you can afford to buy the Soundbar and sub together I would highly recommend it!

I have this subwoofer and the play bar. Subwoofer provides great bass, without distortion. It is a very good size, and does not take up much room. It was very easy to add to the system

This speaker is compact and handsome in our room. We can get as much base as we need to feel the music and movies. Flawless performance in a small package.

I purchased This a long with The Bridge, Play 1, Play 3, and Play 5 after trying out the Samsung version (save yourself the time, it's bad). I liked what bought so much I went to BestBuy the next day and bought the Playbar, two more Play 1's, and another Play 3.
