The Sonos Sub Wireless Woofer has outstanding sound for a sub woofer, not just a "wireless" sub woofer! Allows you to truly feel the music. Easy to install, easy to set-up and simple to manage the sound controls via the Sonos App.

This is such a pretty piece of AV equipment, it’s a shame to try and hide it. Then when the sub really hits, it is something you can’t help but notice. A great compliment to the sound bar, that I had to be convinced (by wife) to buy.

I have a 2 story home 2800 square feet and the bass fills the whole bottom floor. I had the Sonos soundbar without the sub for a couple months. Makes a huge positive difference with the sub added. You won’t be disappointed.

I started with just the Sonos Soundbar and thought it had very good sound. I added the Sub and it really enhances everything. The sub has great deep bass but doesn’t rattle or sound fake. It looks great and really completes the package.

Ok so this is expensive there no getting around that but it is about the same price of other high end subs so if you want premium you have to pay premium. With that said this sub blew me away. I have another sub in my house hold that is more mid range priced and it doesn't compare. You have the ability like other subs to control the bass and with this thing crank maybe a little less than 1/3 way up (the level I keep it at) its pumping bass through your house like a jet engine. You definitely feel like you at a IMAX theater. With it crank all the way up there no distortion just pure bass (most likely you wouldn't want it all the way up though) What amazed me even more is nothing on my wall or table rattled. NOTHING! Simply amazing. Glad a grabbed this to complete my theater set up.

Don’t think you can do without this. Bought the Playbar alone. Was disappointed in movie sound waiting for that rattling base in explosions/crashes, etc. Sound was OK but not great. Next week got the SUB. Wow. Now the sound was BACK! Music better too.

This sub integrates very nicely with a Sonos setup. It is very expensive for what you get, but if you already have Sonos around your home this is a good purchase. It works well in 5.1 mode with a Sonos Beam and a pair of Play 1s. It looks great and is significantly smaller than a traditional sub. It sounds good with both movies and music but I do feel that adjusting the sub level requires more app menu clicks than it should. This product goes on sale a few times a year and I was able to get it for $100 off.

This review is very simple. The sound is awesome. The setup is easy. The look is high end. And the only wiring is the power plug to the wall. I installed this as well as the Playbar and I was able to remove my receiver and several speakers with their ugly wiring.

The base is tight, and not overwhelming. The base nicely balances with either play 3, play 5 or soundbar. The subwoofer is excellently constructed and solid. It has heft too it. The finish is glossy black with some gunmetal color appearing trim.

Makes the room shake. Movies come alive and real time sports sound even better

Okay so I paired this with the sound bar and 2 play3 speakers. System is super easy to setup and the base sounds great. Great setup if you’re not trying to go full blown home theater system.

If you have a Sonos System you must purchase the wireless sub! Great clear bass sound and a must for a complete surround system! Easy to control the settings and amplify sound through the mobile app. We love our Sonos!

I am an absolute Sonos evangelist. I now own two beams, two subs, two play:5 speakers and twelve play:1 speakers. I have wireless streaming sonos audio in every room of my home and love it. The sonos sub is freaking expensive. But all of their products are expensive, and you get what you pay for. Unlike other subs, you cannot evaluate this as a standalone product. In a home theatre setup, all of the speakers work seamlessly together, to create an amazing, rich aural experience. The balance of a beam, a sub and surround speakers is just very, very good. Here is the best way I can describe my sub experience: I waited on buying one of these for 12 months, because of price. However, I loved it so much that I bought a second sub for my living room less than two weeks later. It just sounds that good.

This subwoofer has serious power. It doesn’t disturb my neighbors, but it drastically changes the sound of my tv and movies. It makes everything more dramatic, intense, and it feels like you’re in a movie theatre.
