The Play Sub like the rest of the sonos speakers is awesome!! Powerful deep bass without rattles or distortion and nice to look at as well!!

I have a unique setup where I can't use a receiver so SONOS was my only option for surround sound. Easy to setup and sounds great

What can I say? I love my Sonos system overall, and the setup in our living room is the best in large part because of this sub. It's completely unobtrusive and out of the way, but it adds a depth of sound and realism that we weren't getting before without it. Weird to spend this much for something you never think about after you plug it in and set it up, but it's made a huge difference in how we listen to everything.

Very powerful subwoofer and sounds great even in a large room.

The sub really is fantastic. I have a beam and two Play1 speakers as surrounds. I thought they sounded great. Then I added the sub and it took it to a whole different level. The sub produces clean, clear bass and, in my opinion, causes the other speakers to focus on the mids and highs much better. Great addition for both movies and music. It’s pricey, but it’s a really good product.

The Sonos sub was a great purchase to complete my Sonos system. Very expensive compared to other systems but worth the money. Brings watching tv to a new level. Tested the system with the movie, “Heat” and I was not disappointed. My house was shaking during the gun battle at the end. Takes some time to get use to all the sounds you pick up when adding the sub and surround speakers but it’s a great learning experience and shows you just how much you were missing without the Sonos system.

Was glad I purchased this. Really adds to the surround sound. I had no problems getting it linked with main speaker. Have read reviews where people have had problems with sonos after updates are sent. I have not had that problem yet and hope it continues that way.

I bought this subwoofer, 4 Play 1s, a Play 5 and the soundbar and it is truly amazing! Very easy setup too, probably easiest of all time.

Sub delivers clear and deep bass just as expected. Easily connected to Wifi network, and is an excellent addition to my Playbar.

Product may be a bit expensive but is very convenient and has a strong deep sound. Speaker is very easy to connect to other Sonos speakers.

I bought the playbar and subwoofer. It sounded clear and the bass shook the livingroom. It just did impress me. Also needing wifi to operate the additional subs or speakers was a negative mark. If it had wifi direct to create it's own network without needing internet wifi I might have learned to live with it.

Solid bass for deep lows in music and cinema surround, no rattle, a must have for the Sonos system.
