I was told by a Best Buy rep that adding this to my Sonos soundbar would be "amazing!". I kinda scoffed at that. Boy was I wrong! The sub makes watching movies a whole new experience! I turned it off just to see if I was imagining what I was hearing. Oh no! With it off the movie felt different. I know this review is over the top but it is a great Sub. Highly recommend!

This is a must have. I previously bought the Play Bar and two Play 5 speakers. The sound was good, but I wasn’t blown away. I decided to add the Sub and let me tell you what a difference. I’m talking night and day. Anyone that says it’s not worth the money must not crank up the volume. It literally shakes the entire house.

I have a small space to work with (12' X 10' area) and the soundbar and sub woofer do such an exceptional job filling the room, I literally had to turn down the bass on the sub!!!

I have been piecing together my sonos system because it is a bit expensive but I think the sound and convinience of not running wires makes it completely worth it. The sound was great before but When I added the sub the sound was just so much more full and explosions during movies really sounded great. I absolutely recommend this sub and the system all together.

Tried to just do soundbar at first, that lasted less than 24 hours, the sub is a must, wasucky that Best Buy back tat led my original purchase and put everything on 24 months which helps a lil, grab 2 surround speakers as well and be done with it, sub is too good for my apartment, got noise complaint, but it’s easlil adjustable with the app!

Expensive but well worth it! I have been putting off this purchase because of the high price associated with this subwoofer. I have the Beam setup with my LG TV and have been happy with the sound I was getting, but the Sonos Subwoofer addition made it sound like a whole new system. Extremely happy with this purchase.

This subwoofer was very easy to setup and the bass is awesome!

I have this sub connected with a playbar and I use it for cable tv, Netflix, console video gaming, and web browsing. In every case, it just makes the sound richer and fuller. Explosions rumble deeply, music sounds full and bumps, and the overall experience makes me smile often. The sonos app has a handy night mode for when I need the explosions to rumble a little less.

Watching a movie with this sub is an experience in and of itself. Even the most subtle deep sounds reverberate without being loud. Of course you can get loud with it, you can get really loud with it. If you like loud music or watching movies and feeling like you're in the theater get this along with the Playbar and you in sound heaven.
