The icing on the cake when it comes to sound. Really compliments the other pieces I have hooked up. Playbar and Play 1. Sonos is second to none when it comes to sound. Geek squad is recommended as well as in home setup ad design.

The Sub is a necessity. The sound bars and speakers are great but the sub adds so much more depth to the experience. I use the sound bar paired with the Sonos amp to play TV, turntable and radio. Love it all. Highly recommend

I would have given the sub a 4.5 star rating, but that isn't available. Good rich bass, with the ability to adjust. I really like that you can easily change the bass by moving the sub closer to a corner or farther away. Lots of options there. I haven't heard any latency and works well with the sound bar. Had a slight issue with my CentruyLink router, but tech support was able to help me with it.

Adding this component makes a big difference to the beam setup. Not sure if it's worth the money, but easy to add and wireless.

I purchased this along with the Sonos soundboard. I already owned 2 Sonos 5s, 2 Sonos 1s that I used for surround sound and I am very happy with the overall sound after trying and returning some of the best soundbar systems on the market

Reasonable price for a subwoofer. Subwoofer is automatically Detected by the playbase.

The Sonos system is simply amazing. And the Sonos Sub is no exception. Its a must-have addition to any Sonos system, giving you party worthy music and theater-like movie experiences you can feel when paired with a sound bar and other Sonos speaker!

I was highly skeptical about getting the subwoofer, especially with the huge price tag, but it's definitely worth it! The level of base created by this woofer far exceeded anything I would have expected.

I got this to replace my hardwired subwoofer. This fits and works perfectly in my setup.

This is a nice simple system but does not come close to replacement for my Pioneer Elite. If you want a simple sound bar and sub woofer this works. If you want surround sound buy something else.

You can use the playbar without the sub, but I'm glad I purchased them together. The sub adds so much depth to the sound and really enriches the whole experience! Next step is some play:3s to complete the surround system, and then start addind to other rooms in the house!

After purchasing an open box and struggling for a few hours trying to set it up finally with the assistance of Sonos helpdesk it neede to be returned because the system boot was faulty. I'm disappointed that it passed the check at Best Buy when it had never worked in the first place. I wasted several hours troubleshooting a faulty unit. The return and replacement of a new unit at my local BestBuy were simple and painless. Brought home a new unit and it found my network and existing systems right away. I got it linked to my Playbar and it sounds great.

Purchased with Playbar and pair of SL speakers for complete surround system. Already added a pair of SLs for porch. I use my iPhone to control and wife uses her iPad. Software works great and speakers sound excellent.

This sub really completed my home theatre system where I also have a playbar and 2 Sonos One's. It is expensive but very worth it as music and movies are now on another level. Wouldn't hesitate to buy this if you can afford to do so.

Just buy it - it's the most amazing component in the Sonos lineup. It literally changed EVERYTHING! I combined a playbar, a sub and two play 1s for a surround sound experience that is simply awesome

This is the best wireless us on the market. I get that it can be pricey but once it’s set up, you’ll never look back. It’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well. I’ve already recommended two other friends to get one!

If you want to buy the Play Bar(great soundbar) you have to get this sub it makes it a hundred times better and you will hear things you have never heard in movies before unless you went to a theater

I had the playbar and two play 5 speakers. I was happy with the sound, but wanted more bass. I was worried that the sub wasn’t going to be worth the $700 price tag. I was wrong. The sub is worth every penny. I wish I would have bought it sooner.

This sub sure surprised me. I also paired it with a playbar and 2 play 1’s. The combination is mind blowing with the crisp sounds of things I didn’t notice on movies I’ve watched many times over....

Easy to setup with my arc. I think it’s probably a little too expensive but I really like the Sonos ecosystem
