Hopefully someone will take the time to respond. The install guys were great - the process to get them out was NOT good.

Why can’t it just be mounted closer to flush with the bottom of the tv? Because this Mount is designed strangely! Not a fan. Returned it with no issues though.

Posted .That's a great question. We recommend spacing the soundbar a little bit because the Arc has upward firing drivers that deliver dolby atmos if the tv supports it.
