Works good but should cost less

I tried the Sonos/Sanus mount that connects to the TV wall mount but would not work so I purchased this one. Use the template to mark the holes and mount. Straight forward and easy to hang. I don't think it should cost as much as it does..... but, is the only mount that fits exact.
