Heard plastic pieces moving in the container

But to my surprise after further inspection after opening it, I saw plastic pieces everywhere and the disks were spread out in the case! I knew the disks were fine and no scratches or dings underneath them! So first time ordering with you folks ..... Hopefully won't be the last time?
