Great card for getting cash onto your PlayStation account

I placed my order and had nothing after 3 hours. I got concerned and checked my email and bank account to be sure everything processed fine. Only after reaching out to BestBuys customer service did they tell me about them having a 24 - 48 hr validation process to avoid fraud. It clearly states “Available soon after purchase” which is very misleading since 24 or 48 hours isn’t what anybody would consider soon. I’m never buying another gift card from here. I’m putting screenshots as proof of what customer service will tell you. The three options boil down to 1. Do nothing 2. Call their “experts” 3. Make the same mistake again and give them more money. I tried option 2 and that was even worse. I had to call 3 times because their automated system is terrible. They were not helpful whatsoever and hung up on me as soon as I’d get a hold of someone. The second time I got a message that said their business hours were closed and the call ended but I know that wasn’t true. The third call, i just pressed “0” a bunch of times and it connected me to an agent, I gave a provided case ID and they put me on an indefinite hold which cut out and I called back just to end up hung up on again.
