I don’t like using my credit card on the PlayStation 4 so I resort to buying PlayStation gift cards. My little brother tends to buy DLC’s frequently and I think this is the safest way to purchase items on the PlayStation store. I recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to put their credit card information on the PlayStation since It’ll be saved on there.

I bought two of these for my 6 year old niece. I thought it would be a great gift idea because of the price of full games. Sony has many cheaper games via the PlayStation store for children. With the attention span of young children, this gives my brother the ability to get lots of short/smaller games and control the content for his daughter.

I bought this for my grandson, who is a gamer. Of course he loves them.

At Best Buy we got a good assortment of P/S giftcards. As my son of 9 plays all the time, he's always asking for gift cards to buy new seasons or other games. however, lots of stores have only the higher amounts of giftcards (USD 50-USD 100) and we prefer to buy a few cards of USD 10 or USD 20so we can better manage his purchases online.

I do not trust Sony with my Credit Card information online after their past history. Therefore if I want to buy digital content from Sales or DLC, I will buy a PlayStation Store card. I purchased this card and was able to easily go home, boot my PS4, go to the PSN Store and "Redeem Code". It accepted and put the funds into my PS Wallet and I was able to make purchases.
