My review dosent reflect the the quality of the product it reflects the quality of customer service recieved from this institution i spent countless hours on the phone with the institution multiple times and multiple times i was only met with disappointment i feel they dont take their customers concerns serious and that the agents you speak to on the phone are not helpful in any capacity i preordered the Call of duty and have yet to recieve my digital dowload code for a game i preordered on the 29th and every time i call im met with the same theres nothing i can do routine that it has been escalated and to call back in 24 to 48 hrs which feels like a punishment because if anything this billion dollar corporation should be reaching out to me to remedy their mistake instead of me calling and wasting hrs of my day for no resolution to my problem im very disappointed and will not recommending any friends or family to this institution ever again
