Not really sure what to say it is a gift card but I guess what makes it nice is Playstation Store doesn't charge tax for some reason so sometimes you can get a really good deal during a sale and not have to pay tax either.

You can never go wrong with a gift card...especially for youngsters who love to game. My Grandson was thrilled to be able to shop for what he wanted. Not only is it a great gift but a great way to reward for good work done.

Listen, after Sony has been hacked all these times over history, I prefer to buy these over giving Sony my CC directly. That said, you also get rewards points with BB for this. It is a WIN/WIN!

I wish it was a digital code they could email you like other retailers offer. It’s a waste of plastic and gas to pickup something they could easily email over to you.

Sony was hacked into recently - I made sure after the last hacking incident a few years ago that no credit cards of mine are tied to the account anymore. This is the easiest and best way to add money to my account that I've found.
