My teen sons get invited to birthday parties all the time. My kids are no help in picking out a gift and I don't know most of their friends well enough to know what they're into... except for video games. If you are buying this for yourself, I would suggest buying the credit straight from your PS device. The cards are just an extra step you need to take in order to get the same credit. That being said, if you do not want to share your credit card information with a friend and still want to give them a special gift, this card it perfect for you.

Gift cards are cool. They're like cash money, but you can use them on the internet. There is really no other way to use cash on the internet. And believe me, I've tried. So many times. So next time you think about shoving some cash in your ethernet port to send money to someone online, don't. Just buy a gift card.

Convenient way to get some PSN funds if you have a bestbuy gift card or points to use. You redeem the code and can buy whatever digital game or DLC, themes, etc your heart desires. Whenever I have points for a bestbuy certificate, I use it as a way to get some digital only content at a "discounted" rate
