When I contacted Best Buy support they said the order didn’t exist and now I’m out 10 dollars. !Warning! Make sure all contact information is correct or you’ll end up like me.

I contacted customer service after waiting 3 days, they sent the code right away. If you’re experiencing a delay, I wouldn’t hesitate to call. Once the code sent redemption was easy and quick. I did use several Best Buy coupons on this order, making it significantly cheaper. If you have rewards or coupons I would recommend adding them to a purchase like this!

No code, wrong order number

Then there was no code on my account, receipt or email. Spoke to multiple people over the phone to get this handle which included being disconnected and transferred twice, only to be told that the order number was for a store purchase even though I purchased it online. That meant that there was nothing they could do but give me a refund, which will take 48 hours unless something goes wrong with that as well.
