Best Buy makes it really difficult to redeem these things with multiple layers of e-mails and tedious waiting.

Dont expect to recieve it right away, still really good

The ps store card is great because it can be used as a great gift for people who have a playstation system or if you yourself want new games

I have ordered digital gift cards in the past without issue so I didn't think to read reviews but I wish I had before I ordered!! I have been waiting 4 hours for my digital codes. I contacted chat and they told me there was a problem with my banking (even though my payment went through just fine) and I would have to call. I called and they said everything was fine but it could take “24-48 hours” for fulfillment. Are you serious? It’s a digital code! This should be instantaneous! This needs to be fixed. It’s pure craziness that in 2024 a huge company such as Best Buy can’t fix this problem. Read reviews folks everyone is saying the same thing because it is true.

I tend to use the gift cards for siblings and friends never really have any issues and the on time i did customer service was really helpful.

I am not a fan of putting my credit card into the game where my kids can purchase anything so these gift cards are convenient

When my children ask me for one I don’t need to go to the store. I do on line and digital card. That is an easy way for me on busy days

I really wish you could buy Controllers with these or physical copies. You can only buy digital copies with this.

There is not much to say about this product since it is a gift card, However, after receiving points from my BestBuy purchases I was able to buy this product.

I ordered this and i never gotten it!! This a scam!! They took my money but i even mailed them and never gotten my code….. then then contacted me giving me a code that wasn't valid!
