I the code still has yet to arrive and it’s been hours. I’m done with Best Buy in regard to this nonsense. Every future order will be placed anywhere but here.

I got the money in the end. Its best to go with a physical card though. Too many problems redeeming the code

Card was sent to my email on March 21, 2024 to be redeemed however it was blocked by your online security service. Am still unable to redeem this $25 gift card. Order #BBY01-806926789902

Getting this card in the email was very simple but the only time that I've ever getting a digital card from Best buy and once I tried to redeem it said it already been redeemed. Possible it could have been an issue with my son but we tried everything to find out where it went and we couldn't. It won't deter me from getting digital items from Best buy because like I said over the last year or so this is the only issue I ever had doing so.

Takes way too long to receive ur digital gift card after buying. Why ? Its just a code for PS5 that i would love to get as soon as i buy but nope not best buy

Took about an hour to get to me. But no troubles besides that! Only needed this because the PS3 store would refuse to take any of my cards/paypal

Product description saids that code will be send in minutes from purchase.. its been 3hrs and counting and the code is no where to be found this is the worst services ever. I will be going back to amazon to get what i need…

My friend never got to use it because we live outside United States and I can’t get a refund.

This was supposed to ve with the PS5 bundle when displayed on 6/24/21. 3 added bundle to cart. Since the console wasn't available the entire ordered should have been deleted. Guess what not the card. This is unfair and unethical. I will never consider attempting to purchase a bundle package again. Beware!! As an elite member means nothing when I explained what occurred. It's sad the organization has yo stoop so low to obtain sales.

Can take forever for you to receive the actual code. It's been 3 hours and mine still hasn't been sent over. Amazon generates your code almost instantly.

The product was ok, it just took more than 24 hours to get the product even though it was digital.

i’m here stil waitin on a psn code for 16 hours i purchased a next one js to continue waiting honestly should’ve nvr did another one without getting the first this js disappointing honestly i’ve been waiting and waiting.

I always choose best buy because of many great things but in this particular product i was never able to open my digital code and wasted $25

Made me waste my money. I bought a psn card on sizzle and it gave me a gift card now it’s useless terrible overpriced company

I payed for the digital card yesterday at 5 pm, its 11 now and still havent been given my code. The website said it would only take under an hour to fufil the order.

Works great but you definitely need to buy during day time or in advance lol. I almost missed buy event items because of it XD

Do not buy. Did not get mine. Live chat 2days after I was to get it. They said they'll "resend" it within 24hrs. 3days after that.. still don't have it.
