I typically buy my ps gift cards from best buy and other competitive big box retails stores. This experience was overly painful. I made the purchase on Friday. This was a digital purchase so it should be almost instint, instead it took 5 days. I placed a call to customer service on Saturday and was told by rep that he could not see why the digital card was not sent to me as of yet. He then connected to a specialist dept where I was told it would take up to 48 hrs. This seemed suspect to me so I dived deeper, by asking "what could trigger this delay" he said potential fraud. At this point I was astonished seeing that I never had these issues prior. So instead of losing my cool I said I would wait. 48 hrs from purchase is Sunday evening EST. Still noting. Monday, nothing. Tuesday I get my digital card. If this is the process that is the new norm, we customers deserve to know this before making the purchase. I could have and will moving forward get this card physically at a closer retail store/gas station. You've managed to make a simple transaction overly complicated and time consuming; due to policy/procedures and lack of up front transparency.

An easy purchase and fast digital delivery within 5 minutes. Maybe faster. I recommend buying PSN gift cards online from Best Buy.

Had exactly what i was looking for! Needed a gift for my BF and wanted to send it digital and luckly BB had it!

Whether you're in a pinch and need a psn card quickly or unable to go to the store (or just lazy, in my case) I can always rely on Best Buy to quickly send the code I purchased!

The only dislike i have about this process was the wait time. Sometimes it would take 5mins and other would take almost 30mins. Other than that, its a quick and easy to get anything digital.

The Best Buy app is user friendly and made it an easy process.

Psn cards are amazing alternatives if you don’t want to put your credit card info on psn! Hugely recommend if you’re looking for a specific game to download!

Fast delivery, easily checked my email and copied the code onto my clipboard then opened the Play Station app and pasted it into the redeem code. Easy peasy.
