    It was on sale and had a game my kid liked included. I got a great deal, and the employees I dealt with were very helpful, the gentleman at the customer service desk where i took care of a warranty issue, and the girl who seemed alone and overwhelmed. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've been in retail management for 15 years, and the girl who sold me the television and playstation was working hard. If the rest of your employees were as attentive, i would have given you 5 stars, but I was waiting for 30 minutes while she took care of two people in front of me.
