Being able to purchase a $10 gift card makes it easy for me to award my son without entering my credit card information on his gaming console.

This makes it very easy to buy a small amount of psn credit instead of in larger chunks of $20 or $50. I just wish the code could be emailed instead of having to wait for shipping but it's okay.

I prefer to use the gift cards instead of attaching any credit cards to my PS4 account. I find it to be safer and easier to track my purchases.
