I walked into the store, looking to get this exact item. I found it easily. Instructions are right on the package for where to go to enter the code, and it worked.

The card had the amount so it is perfect. The stuff on the back was easy to scratch off. I suggest using a quarter due to it's larger size and easier to grasp

I prefer to use PSN cards to add funds to my account due to then my credit card isn't on file. Easy to add and PSN is easy to use.
