I've used Bose QC35 II headphone for over 8 months before switching to this. Couple of things that standout: 1. Sound Quality - The Sony definitely have a much better sound range than the Bose. You will hear the difference. 2. App - The Sony App give you more functionality to configure the headphones to fit your personal sound profile. With the Bose the app did not do much. 3. Batter life - I honestly couldn't tell the difference. They are the same. 4. Other Feature - Ambient sound - this is great. I love it. Used this on the plane and I could hear the captain's announcement. Overall - I would highly recommend these headphones to a friend or family member. They are pretty pricey but if you are the market for premium headphone, this in that price range.

Sony - 1000XM2 Premium Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones - Black are very good head phones. very comfortable to wear. I used them on a long flight to Vegas and they worked great. Noise canceled most of the engine noise.

The sound is great, it's comfy to use. One problem tho, it's quite hard to switch from one device to another, so I has to disconnect from my phone first and then I try to connect to the headset on my laptop.

Sound, battery, design, and materials are top notch. The feature to hear the outside world by just placing your palm on the right earcup is unreal. The only thing the bose qc35 would beat these is by the comfort but not by much

Headphones are great, sound is good, comfort is good, however, there is one slight caveat that is slightly annoying, whenever i turn it on, it always defaults to noise cancelling on, then i need to toggle it twice through ambient noise>off. it would be nice if it would save whatever it was on last, but other than that, great headphones.

Love these for convenience. I have another pair that are used for critical listening, but on the go these have hours of use. Long battery life, comfort. The only thing is the M3 is now out and even better!

I bought these for mowing the lawn and they work great. I also used them on a 5 hour plane flight and I usually get a headache from the noise but not this time. Great headphones. Very comfortable.

Great noise cancelling along with long battery life. I was able to try these out on a flight with a crying baby behind me and it made my flight enjoyable. Not an overwhelming sound even when on the highest volume.

This one stays well above rest in the market in noise cancellation and sound quality. Flawless sound comfortable headphones. I am writing this review after wearing this for hours day after day with out any discomfort.

I bought these to replace a set of Beats that barely lasted a year. The Beats cracked and broke because of the cheap plastic headband. These Sony ones seam more significant in that area so hopefully they hold up longer. The sound is good. They fit tight and get hot after a while, but that is the same as the Beats, so that is ok.
