Tried online at least 20. Nothing. They said there was nothing anyonr could do. I wanted to return amd upgrade. Soon as i bought it I changed my mind and site wouldn't let me return it right away either. After this i may be better off paying off best buy account,cancel everything and shop elsewhere.

Gets hot easy

Thank you for your feedback. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat. Also, make sure that your speakers are within a nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms. Lower than 6 or higher 16 will not work and will result in PROTECTOR. Overpriced for the features that work

The multi zone functionality is split between audio and video and makes zero common sense why an expensive receiver like this doesn't have any audio out features for either HDMI Main Zone or HDMI Zone 2. So very frustrating trying to use this as a source for whole home audio. GOSH forbid there be an audio out like ALL other AV receivers made prior to 2005. Why is it so difficult?
