Usually upon initial turn on screen will be green and grainy. Have to select a different function and go back to clear it up. 2 1/2 months after purchase lost video pass through completely. Still waiting to see the outcome.

We are sorry to hear what happen. To isolate the issue, please reset the AV receiver to the factory default setting. Here's the link on how to.

We also recommend using a high-speed HDMI cable for the AV receiver and for your HDMI devices.
