The sound quality is really good in 2.1 channel range. I have tried with different brands on 2.1 and liked this one. Bass is good, and audio quality is good.

When we were looking to purchase a sound bar we were gonna go with a different brand until the employee showed us this one. So glad we choose it. Sounds just like your in a theater when your watching a movie.

Compared it to four other brands and it was far and away the he's sound. Set up was easy too. Can't wait for football season!

I recently purchased an LG soundbar - I can't recall the model, but it was the worst. Each time I tried to use the remote control, it would disconnect the bluetooth connection on my phone. I returned it and purchased this Sony soundbar - it's a great sound system in a small package! Highs & lows are on point, sound is superb, and whether you're listening to music, watching an action-packed movie, or sports - the sound is crisp and clear. The different sound fields also help.

This sound bar is amazingly loud for a great price this is totally worth your money I constantly listen to music with a lot of base so this subwoofer makes it sound perfect like I'm at live concert.

I got this Sony soundbar because it's much sleeker than the external speakers I previously had. The bar fits snugly underneath the screen of my 65" Sony TV. (Previously, I had to keep the center speaker in a pull-out drawer of my media cabinet.) As for the sound itself, it's pretty good, high and low registers; the subwoofer is a definite help in this regard. If you're looking for good sound from equipment that doesn't clutter your space, then go for this Sony soundbar.

Very pleased with Sony sound bar at Cyber Monday pricing. Automatic integration with newer 4K TV and cable remote. Hard wired to tv as tv isn't BT, but sub is connected via BT to limit wires.

This Sony soundbar and subwoofer give excellent sound for reasonable cost. An added plus is the Bluetooth pairing.

I love Sony products. I got this for my office TV and it works fine. There aren’t too many ways to adjust the settings. For the price, it beats other similar products on the market, given its minimal features. Great sound though.

This sound bar is amazing. It has superb clarity and very strong bass during action parts in movies and even while streaming music over bluetooth. Pairs well with my LG 55in 4k HDR TV. Easy setup and you can control it with your smartphone. I got this on sale as it was one of the last units and I am so pleased with performance and it looks great! Highly recommend if you can find one as Sony has discontinued it. Bravo Sony for a good product.

I purchased this soundbar for my new Sony 4K tv in my bedroom. I love that it has 3 HDMI inputs and an ARC output. I prefer to send all my audio through the soundbar first and then to the tv. I have directv and an Xbox one s hooked up and they sound fantastic. Very clear and good bass for a smallish subwoofer. It gets plenty loud, has great Bluetooth connection without cutting out, and a very nice on screen interface. I think it's a great deal for only $299!
