As stated within the advertisement, reviews, and specifications this sound bar delivered as promised. Yet I made the mistake of reading it after the fact. I needed a sound bar with 2-3 HDMI connections to maximize my sound system. I needed a sound bar with 5-1 functionality vs 2-1. Oh the 'voice' features does not help; it does not project the dialogue significantly. Again know what you need before buying.

This sound bar is just what I was looking for. Love the clear voice choice for volume. That’s what I had trouble hearing. Wasn’t looking for something with dynamic bass just to make everything clearer and louder.

Cosmetically, it is very appealing and the wall mounting really accenst our 55" flat screen. The sound coming out is great at 300w, and the woofer resonates through the hardwood floor all the way to the couch. Great buy.

We realized that we needed to buy an external speaker for our new Smart TV. This had good sound and was at a reasonable price.

I like the richness of the sound. There are multiple features and they are very easy to use. Integrated well with my Sony TV.

I bought this and used it for about 2 weeks and decided that it wasn't a great unit. I don't have a TV that supports ARC, so had it installed via optical. The store rep told me this was the better choice anyway. The biggest problem I had was that the audio lagged noticeably behind the picture and gave that 70's kung-fu movie effect. This bugs me to no end. Despite making what changes I could on the TV and cable box settings, nothing worked. The sync issue was worse or better intermittently, but bad enough that it was a deal breaker. Additionally, this unit just does not have a lot of power and when using it to play music, the volume was just not loud enough. I also had a problem with the subwoofer "bottoming out" even at low volume and not far away. I exchanged this one for an LG SH-4 and could not be happier. The LG is a much better unit all around at a similar price. Wish I had gone that route the first time.

Very pleased. It has great highs and lows. It really fills our living room with full sound. The active subwoofer puts out decent bass, and really kicks out some great tones, especially with music. Couldn't be happier.

Wanted to get rid of my cumbersome 5 channel unit for something smaller. Not quite the same thing but it fits the bill nicely.

The only thing I found wrong with the new televisions was the sound systems. They all are weak in sound. This purchase was marked down and I am glad I bought it. Big screen, nice sound, I feel like I am at the movies.

I've bought the step down version of this soundbar & even with a 4k cable, the sound was still doubtful. This option already comes with one & it's also versatile than the first option because you can add speakers

The sound output was less than what the TV was. I wanted a sound bar that would increase the sound not dampen it. I talked with the Geek squad and they informed me the sound bar was working correctly. For a 300 watt output it was far from what I was expecting. Sound quality was OK, a little better than the TV. (Sony 65X850D)

love my Samsung products,i belive samsung is in the top 3 companies of electronic products,samsung keep the good work up!

Great sound, but there is a lag between tv and sound bar sound. Cannot figure it out.

will not blow your mind but it will give you better sound than TV speakers and other speakers that do not have a subwoofer

The only issue I have is can't mute with cable remote. When phone rings I always mute the TV. Have two cable remotes!!

This matches the new Sony Smart TV and we now get theater quality in our home. I would recommend this set-up to others.

Better than the tv itself. I'm enjoying it but wish I had upgraded. The sub just doesn't cut it as much as I had hoped.

This Sony soundbar makes it easier to understand what the people on the tv are saying compared to the background sounds.

Product works okay - I find the sound quality to be better in some fields than in others - maybe should have wall mounted?

This is all you need, don't need an expensive one. Its loud enough to enjoy but will not blow your eardrums out either.
