As i look for a sound bar for a affordable price, i was present with a Sony HTC-T390 from best buy online with a Open box item that was listed as Excellent Condition only!!! when i got my package everything came in fine but the remote!!! Called Best Buy minutes of receiving the sound-bar and i must say poor experience i encounter with customer service. beware of what you buy online if its Open Box. the resolution the rep gave me was return the item and issue money back that would take 7-10 business days, He also gave me the choice to return in store but that they would deduct $35 for not including the controller. Bad Business with that!!!. Never Ordering online from best buy ever again . Sad that best buy was the best option when it comes to electronic. they lost a customer after this experience.

In the beginning I had a problem setting it up. But it works good.

Sound quality could be better not what I expected from Sony

Had some issues with it connecting with our 4K Smart tv.

This didn’t last long. It only lasted a few weeks.

Takes a bit getting used to. Must wait to connect to TV.

This worked great for a time then the bass woofer died.

This sound bar is just ok, the sub is not good at all.

Really wasn't needed unless you watch a lot of movies.

The Sub Woofer is not very good. I will keep it though.

The sound quality is just average. Not so dynamic.

This was a great soundbar. Until it died. It was powerful, the bass was solid. Now it constantly drops audio from the optical input and the bluetooth input makes noise like a machine gun when you switch over too it.

This unit doesn't seem to work with our TV or cable TV service--the sound and video rarely sync up (there seems to be no way to predict if it will work, but sometimes things recorded on DVR are in sync) and neither the Geek Squad nor the Sony support line were able to help resolve the problem, so now we've just unhooked it (it makes me nuts to watch when the audio appears to be poorly dubbed like some B foreign horror flick) and Best Buy won't take it back. If you do purchase this unit, be very aware of the compatibility with your TV as well as your cable service and make sure you know that you only have two weeks to return it if it doesn't work.

After setting this soundbar up and using it for over a week, I have found that that all of the preset sound fields minimize the voice, and maximize the sound effects and songs. I could not find a good setting, so I returned it.

After a month of use, there is very little noticeable difference between the Sony speaker system and the internal speakers. Considering taking the speaker back for something else. Just not impressed with this speaker system.

I love Sony products but this sound bar is not what I expected. I attached this to a 55" television mounted over my fireplace. It sounds muffled. I am not going to complain too much, I should have returned it.

I hoped Sony would retain their quality but utter disappointment. As of August 2018, the woofer system does not connect to sound bar at all. there is red led light in woofer and all trouble shooting steps have not worked so far. The BT option does not connect to any devices. It throws a sound like an MRI machine - terrible sound. I am not at all satisfied with this purchase but am stuck with this junk as icannot reutrun to Bestbuy

The sound is just ok. Not much different from the TV speakers. The sync with my Bravia TV does not always occur. Have to reset everything often. Always have to reset when the power is interrupted.
