      Hi, Neko47, You may use another HDMI cable to isolate the issue. Make sure to use a high-speed HDMI cable. Try to power reset both devices as well. Turn off the TV and the soundbar and unplug the AC cord. Wait for at least 60 seconds then test it again. Regards, Vincent sony_US

    I listened to it at the store and I wasn't impressed at all but it was the best my budget could afford at the time. The salesperson promised me it would sound much better in my own home so I purchased it. Took it home and set it up and after 20 minutes of playing with it I realized it was weak and not worth the money.

    I was super excited to purchase this sound bar and have it professionally installed, until it was up, very......disappointed wish I could take it back but the installer refuse to return my phone call to uninstall it before it was past the return time frame now I'm stuck with it

    Did not like this unit, I love Sony equipment, but this surround system was awful. The sound was not very loud, the woofer was substandard and the T.V. sound was louder than the sound bar. Took back and got something else.

    This has been the worst sound bar I have ever bought. The wireless connection is horrible and the sound bar needs to be synced over and over to the TV. Best buy wont take it back and I've only owned it for 50 days.

    I bought this to enhance my Sony TV and returned it because it is not functional in todays digital age. It would work on and off and you had to use it's own remote to change features. Did not integrate well with the TV.

    I am giving this product a five star rating because it met my expectations for a sub $300 unit. I bought a 55in Sony 4k for our bedroom and decided to pair it up with this soundbar. We loved the picture the tv had and we liked the sound quality from the demo unit in the store. So bought it and unboxed it at home. One note, make sure to connect the fiber optical cable before mounting the tv, the connection is on the back of the tv. Plugged it in and the wireless subwoofer and we were off an running. Very easy install, didnt follow any instructions. The sound is good but the wireless woofer can get low at times but for 250 bucks its a great bargain. The vocals are very good and when we need a little boom, the woofer comes through. Now this isnt a $1500 sound bar system, you need to lower your expectations. You get what you pay for. However, I feel that this system is worth every bit of $250 and its this reason that I rated it so high. This little guy performs well in our bedroom and its lightweight and easy to install. The wireless sub is awesome, no wires and I can plug it in anywhere. Go to the store and listen for yourself. Its a great buy in my opinion.

    The sound was not worth the price that was paid for this sound bar. We expected more from Sony. It was hardly better than the TV sound. We returned it and purchased the Bose Solo 5. Much better for what we needed.

    The sound quality of this sound bar is very poor and does not o Sony justification. The speakers in the TV are better than this expensive sound bar. Listen to it first before buying. Wish I would have!

    Sound didn't match words on tv. Called sony tech support for a week. Last tech finally said they've had these issues with this unit. I returned it and bought a Polk audio magnifi. 100% better product.

    Always have had issues with subwoofer connection. Right after 1 year it’s garbage and I have to buy a new one and throw it away.

    Had to return product. Since I did not want to wall mount the sound bar I had to place it on a flat surface with the speakers pointed up. This negatively affected the sound quality.
