Underwhelming subwoofer

Out of box purchase

Sub woofer very weak

Did not integrate with my Samsung TV

Sony sound bar

Didn't care for this!!

Subwoofer will not stay connected

Posted .Hi Binstretcher, We are sorry to hear that issue. Follow these suggestions to isolate and hopefully resolve this issue:
* Make sure you are using a High Speed HDMI Cable.
* Power reset the devices. Turn off everything and unplug the AC power cords. Wait for at least 5 seconds then plug in back directly to the wall outlet.
