Great sound, but stopped working after 2 weeks

But after only two weeks of use, the sub-woofer no longer receives its wireless signal from the soundbar. So the sub-woofer is effectively dead. I went through the sync process again, but no luck. I can't mail it back because I'm not sure which piece is bad, and mailing both parts back is heavy and expensive.

Posted .Hello ChuckC, thank you for your message. If the system still does not operate properly, reset the system as follows: While holding INPUT, touch VOL – and simultaneously for 5 seconds. NOTE: “RESET” appears in the top panel display, and the settings of the menu and sound fields, etc. return to their initial status. 2. 2 Disconnect the AC power cord. 3. Connect the AC power cord (mains lead), then press to turn on the system. 4. Link the system to the subwoofer. Oscar.

Terrible

I do not recommend this product

poor bass sound
