For the price of the soundbar, this thing really kicks and sounds amazing

I've been a bose guy for years i've had my bose companion 5 for 5yrs and have used it has my 5.1 surround sound system,now ive upgraded to the sony ntct 800 2.1 soundbar and wow very impressed well worth it

I didn’t really need a sound bar but I wanted one to enjoy my tv and music. I went into Best Buy and heard the Bose by it was 800 dollars... this Sony one is almost as good and it connects my phone to the TV. My whole apartment shakes if it’s uo too high so it just shows how powerful this is. It’s only 299 and comes with the subwoofer which is awesome. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Was very easy to hook up to my Sony tv and sound was good for the price.

I have a Sony 4K HD TV, but the sound was not what I desired. Frequently the spoken voice was obscured by the background music. I purchased this soundbar and it has made a world of difference. Easy to set up, easy to use and the sound is fantastic. Voices are clear, other tracks are sharp, and the base adds depth I had not heard before. An outstanding product. Very pleased.

This sound bar was a perfect application for me and what I was wanting. I am not huge on super load, and I like the simple cable connectivity. I am renting and routing wires and cutting hold for mounting speakers was not an option for me. Much fewer cables and very clean install. I love the ability to control the subwoofer volume independently from the remote.

Sony Sound Bar was really really great coming out of the box it was very loud I purchased Saving Private Ryan on 4K and the sounds was just amazing all along with the picture quality but more importantly the sound was really great the sound bar was pretty crisp and clear but also the woofer was very loud and I could not blow the woofer even today I can't blow that woofer speaker that's a very powerful loud Bassy woofer speaker however I was playing YouTube music on the Music settings on the Soundbar and I turned it up 36 with volume 50 being the max at 36 volume I blew the sound bar which is disappointing considering the fact that watching movies was really intense with my soundbar I am very very happy but when I blew the Soundbar it was disappointing and sad luckily I purchased the Geek Squad for your protection and this weekend I intend on taking it back to BestBuy to get a brand new replacement I just have to be more careful about the Music settings and not put it past 36 it's a very intense Soundbar with woofer it's great for the money it's a Sony product but in the end you really can't turn it all the way up cuz you can blow the Soundbar I wish I wouldn't have blown it better than the best $300 I've ever spent

We mounted this speaker bar below our tv because of its small profile. We have been extremely pleased, especially with its ARC compatibility.
