Good basic sound. Will not rock the house but is OK.

Every time I watch a movie it’s like I’m in a movie theater. The sound is all encompassing and amazing. Whenever I’m watching a sports event it’s like I’m at the stadium. The sound is crystal clear.

Sound is clear and mounts well under Tv, I like the slim line effect it gives when mounted. I give it four stars because would like to have more Bass output. Unfortunately it falls pretty flat.

I recently purchased this and an extremely pleased with it. It has plenty of hookups and connections for all of your media devices. I ran this to an older TV, so I only used the digital optical connection, and my only complaint is you cannot see the volume or where it is, unless you look on top of the the soundbar. Now, if you have your TV connected via HDMI, I'm sure it displays, so really, it's just the way i have it connected. Love that the remote has a separate sub woofer volume control, so you don't have to get up and manually adjust the sub from the sub itself. It really does sound great. Well worth the purchase price.

I was hesitant to buy a soundbar because I have always had a sony 5.1 receiver.it took some getting use to ,but it's worked out great.

installation was slow at the beginning ( some problem w/the subwoofer).The rest was easy!! The sound its is good! So over all it work for me. ( just waiting on the blue tooth speakers SRS-ZR5 to be on sale so I can buy 4!

It’s a Sony no baloney. What a beautiful sound bar Sony is. I have a rather large family room and this particular sound bar fills the room with beautiful sound glorious music. I definitely would recommend

I matched this soundbar with a pair of ZR5 speakers set up as rear right and left.. Sound is very good. Not as good as my old true surround system but very close. When playing music I setup the ZR5s for multi-room and this system rocks the whole house. Base thumps hard. Even without the rear speaker set up the sound bar and sub sounds very good. I considered spending more for a higher end system but this one works great for my needs.

Like the sound quality and the wireless subwoofer. Like that additional small speakers can be added wirelessly. A little tricky to hook up with TV and Blueray player.....but a call to the geek squad fixed that quickly.

I never used a sound bar because we had surround sound built in the ceiling. We bought a new house and just bought a sound bar for the new tv and it sounds like we have surround sound. Absolutely love the sound.

Great product name and sound quality always "Sony"

Replaced a Samsung home theater system with this Sony sound bar. Sound quality is way better than the Samsung. Very clear. Love Samsung Tv's but Sony has it for the sound systems. Sale price was great!

I bought this hoping it would be better then my LG I got for 39 bucks.. it decent but not over whelming.. also my sony t.v. remote does not work with it.. it's pretty annoying..

This sound bar gives great sound for the price. Bought it for my in laws as a gift and they love. I would definitely recommend to mount on the wall as the stand pieces are kind of cheap.

I went from an old Vizio soundbar from walmart to this beast. The sound quality is impressive and I haven't even begun to scratch the surface of all the bells and whistles this thing has! Very impressed!

I went to Best Buy expecting to buy a $200 sound bar. I demo’d This one in the store and was blown away. It was like I was in a movie theater! Now with this in my home, who even needs a theater?!

It works really well especially for the price range. Do need to purchase speakers separately though, I was under the impression that you didn’t. Besides that really good product

I came in looking for an inexpensive sound bar as my theater room was being renovated and I needed to watch a movie with some volume. I went into the store to demo the different sound bars as several were for sale in the $200 range. This Sony sound bar blew away the others by volume and depth of sound. I was fortunate to get it as open box and saved quite a bit. I use this everyday to play music because you can control the subwoofer with its own dedicated control on the remote(sometimes I like it to boom or tone it down), but really enjoy it connected to my home network and instantly connecting to Spotify on phone. I have had many people over who have now purchased this sound bar too!

I like the sound bar and have not had any problems with it or the sound. I don’t often hear the base but that is probably the programs I watch and not a problem with the bar.
