I thought I was going to have to buy another tuner to handle the new television plugs, but once the Best Buy salesperson told me about this sound bar, it saved me tons of money and sounds better than my old system!

I mentioned this Sony 2.1-Channel Soundbar System in my previous review of the Sony Bravia 43" 4K TV which we bought at the same time for my 93 year old mother-in-law. Both units receive excellent ratings. Important for the mother-in-law was the ability to operate the TV and the SoundBar with the same remote. Important for me was simplicity of installation and set up. We both got what we needed. Of particular note about this Sony 2.1-Channel Soundbar System, I am very impressed with the quality of the sound. But more importantly, the 93 year old mother-in-law can hear AND understand the dialogue coming from the TV. And isn't that what's important about a TV SoundBar?

We had the Geek Squad install this sound bar but it is easy to use and sounds great. I actually think there is someone in the drive when it is just the TV background noise. Picks up and conveys the slightest background from movies and tv programs. Love this sound bar. Better than the LG one we had previously.

Really please with the sound coming out of this soundbar and sub paired with my Sony TV. Highly recommend. Easily Bluetooth to phone or other device to rock the house.

I am very satisfied with this Sony soundbar. It integrated seamlessly with my new Samsung curved 55" 4K. Sounds great... not Bose quality obviously but more than I expected for the price. Satisfied.

I tried several soundbars that were highly rated by Samsung, Sony, and Vizio. This one strikes the best balance in this price segment. Bass is strong, but not overpowering and muddy. What Polk Audio does to bring out the voice dialog really works. Other soundbars that advertise this option end up toning down the sound effect quality to do this. Somehow Polk figured out how to keep both intense. The only negative is the annoying powers saving auto-off feature. I haven't timed it yet, but I would guess that it is around 10 minutes of inactivity causes it to turn off. I got it on a flash sale for $129 which was a steal!

I love this soundbar. The wireless subwoofer is great and it pairs right up to my Sony TV. Excellent sound and definitely much better than the tv speakers.

I run this with my Sony TV, xbox 1 and ps 4. It works great, has good sound. The only issue I seem to have that cant fix is when I turn my TV off threw the xbox 1, the TV stays on. This forces me to manually turn the TV off which is annoying. Same when I turn it on. Sometimes the tv comes on, sometimes I have to turn the tv on with remote. All the settings in xbox 1 are set to control the tv and turn it on and off, but since it now goes threw the sound bar, it doesnt always work. Its annoying at times, but its how it works and I cant figure out why...

This was easy to setup, has good sound and fills up a small to medium size room. The sub is not very powerful though. If it’s on sale, good value.

Was not a huge fan of the speakers in my sony tv so purchased this sound bar. Now sound is not only louder, it's very clear. Base is way better and hook-up was straight forward.

Best soundbar system I have purchased. I had a Samsung soundbar system before and was looking for new one around the same price. I decided to go with Sony and have loved it.

Bought this during BF 2017 along with a 60" Sony TV. They pair well together. the interface is easy to use and has enough HDMI ports for the cable box , tv , and Xbox. i like the extra volume control for the sub adds a bit of variability especially when switching sound modes.

Excellent sound give me many choices of sound, movies games, voice and music. and was able to adjust the sub woofer. The blue tooth is very good hooked my music as well.

Bought this on Black Friday and it was such a steal. Clarity is outstanding and the bass is booming when using it as a speaker. It’s very strong with movies and good with the tv. Very easy to set up and looks very stylish. Comes with brackets to mount if you need it.

This product falls well within the Sony staple of a great product with a comparable price. The sound quality is clear and deep. It is a great additional to any TV system.

The sony brand is been always one of my favorites, this sound bar have a really good sound very clear and crispy sound and the bass is very powerful.
