Reason I returned was that there was lip syncing issues I could not fix. Bass was great. I have lg c9. Latest firmware on tv and bar. I couldn’t deal with sync issues. If it wasn’t for that i would have kept it.

The Bose was very good. I believe the room was too big for that bar. The prior sound bar did not project the sound like this one. The Sony sound bar is more definite and more clear. The different watts are always going to make a difference. I am very pleased with the purchase. I would certainly recommend this system.

This is what I would call a spiritual successor to that old sound bar with better sound, better surround and very good dialog enhancement. The difference between the "Vertical Sound" setting on and off doesn't seem to make much difference when the bar is mounted to the underside of the TV on a wall mount. Overall, a good buy.

Very happy with my purchase. Works perfectly and made my movie tv and music experience much better. It’s paired with my Sony tv and they interact seamlessly. The subwoofer had great bass for beating small. The Dolby atmos works flawlessly and bring an entire new dimension to action movies.

It does not always work when cutting the TV on. We have had problems with this item since we bought it. Best Buy blames the cable company and the cable company (Comcast) blames Best Buy. Who cares whose fault it is, just fix it so it always works!!!
