First soundbar I've ever owned and I must say, I am impressed.No high mounted speakers or ones behind you. Only thing is that the sound is so good that you don't realize how loud you have it!

The sound is a major upgrade over standard TV speakers. There are however, some issues. I have a Roku streaming stick plus which allows Dolby Atmos on certain apps. For the sound bar to play Dolby Atmos, the source must be plugged directly into the bar and not passed through the ARC channel on the TV. The problem is that when the Roku is plugged directly into the bar I get HDCP errors, occasional sound cutouts and occasional black screen. When you do get an Atmos signal playing through the bar there is no indicator on the bar or the screen to let you know you are getting Atmos sound, but you can hear the difference. Roku and Sony customer support have been useless. So I am stuck going through the ARC channel - no ATMOS- and even worse- using the ARC channel there is no indication on the screen or the bar itself as to what sound mode I'm in (vertical surround on/off, cinema mode, auto mode etc.) When I did hear the Atmos signal it was really very good, but not worth the other problems that come with it.

Returned only because I wanted an atmos soundbar..but if u dont care about that...this is ver good supports all the dolby formats but atmos

The sound bar is a nice addition. I was able to pick on up with the bundle, which made it cheaper. I like that it goes well with my Sony TV.

This is a great sound bar. I bought it open box for $267, for that price it is great. Wireless sub connects as soon as soundbar is turned on

I had a 60 inch Sony 4 k tv when I added the Sony sound bar replacing an old pioneer surround system I was pleasantly surprised, the boom I wanted without all the wires and additional speakers great product

I chose to buy this sound bar to go with my sony tv... it sounds amazing. It came with great instructions, was super easy to install. It even came with its own high speed hdmi cable.

I had to shop a new way and go curbside for this sound bar. I own another Sony sound bar that is great and has WiFi capabilities, so I felt confident in buying another. The sound was flat for music and movies were a little bit better. I ended up returning the sound bar. Purchasing and return experience was great.

Sub woofer makes a weird noise sometimes. Sounds like it is hitting a tennis ball. Been meaning to make a phone call just been way to busy.

A very nice compact sound system for UHD TVs that supports (i.e., simulates) Dolby Atomos. Installation required one HDMI cable (included) using supported Audio Return Channel (ARC); subwoofer is wireless.

My impaired hearing has made it a requirement to use Bluetooth technology in prior sound bars, but this sound presentation is so good that I can listen to it as do all others with normal hearing.

This sound system was great for about 1.5 years. The sound was good and it was really easy to use. Too bad the sub stopped working after about a year and a half, the the Bluetooth connectivity kept connecting and And disconnecting around the same time.

The Sony 2.1 Channel Sound bar System is excellent. It adds a new dimension when viewing movies on my Sony TV. It was very easy to install and connect to my Sony TV.

This is the perfect soundbar for Sony TV's. The price is higher than others, but don't be talked into a cheaper brand. My Geek squad installed it in very short order. Such pros.

It goes perfect with my SONY tv and def has the quality I was looking for. the only thing I wish it had was a display for levels... like my Sony living room soundbar.

This was a great addition to our new Sony TV. The Sony had good sound but it is great now with this. And having a wireless sub-woofer means it can go anywhere in the room.

Very happy with this purchase. The bass is excellent, sounds bar is wonderful. Everything connects well to universal remote. Barely have to turn up volume to hear throughout whole house!

I love this sound bar what is even better is the wireless subwoofer. It's great for watching movies, playing games, and listening to your favorite sports team. I would definitely buy another one.

Great sound. I would recommend this product for a small space. If you have a large room I would suggest additional speakers
