The sound would crackle and static during any louder segment of the movies, and we witnessed this on multiple, across several formats. I swapped cables and connections with no improvements. For $400 I expected better quality.

I didnt get the TV and sound bar installed until after 90 days, waiting for completion of house construction. When the professional installation company installed the tv and sound bar they mentioned the sound bar had been used and was unwrapped in the box. Also, sound bar was defective. I could not get a refund from Best Buy. I was sold something that somebody else returned, and I basically got no reimbursement for a worthless purchase.

Not once, not twice, but more than 10 times. I was told by the associate to purchase a higher graded HDMI cable. I did, the next day and replaced the one I was using. Still shuts off after 5 minutes of use. Yes, I reset everything and tried it several more times. So I called Geek Squad to come back out, I was told they would be there within 72 hours....and its almost two weeks with no calls and no one showed up.
