Sony Soundbar

not what i expected

Terrible soundbar and sub system.

The only way to tell that the subwoofer was on was to see the lighted led. Almost no sound, even at the maximum setting. Unfortunately, I kept it too long and missed the return window. So, I boxed it up and took it to Goodwill just to get it out of the house.

Better ones out there

Problems with Bluetooth connection

Open box

Didn't even last a year

Sales rep claimed it was the best for the price. 4 months later the sounbar quit working. Could update or use remote to access input. Software went corrupt. Tried uipdating and failed, contacted sony and for hours went through online diagnostics. They wanted soundbar sent in for repairs.

Sony Soundbar

Got it hooked up and synced to the TV. Stopped working after a few weeks. Returned it and got a replacement sound bar. Hooked it up and after a few weeks stopped working again. I returned this one and bought and a Denon sound bar instead.

Sound and bass not to loud

Good for small room

Very Disappointed

Called Best Buy for help and have yet to get a response. Service tech that installed it will not return phone calls. Great experience until I swiped my credit card and left the store.

Stopped working

For the price I paid, it was disappointing to know that I couldn't exchange or return it., especially after paying over $500 for it. Now I have a new product that needs repairing after only 3 weeks.
