Pretty good for a small room

There really isn't much bass but we weren't expecting any so that wasn't really a surprise. One of the main things we were looking forward to was using the HDMI ARC feature so we didn't need to have another remote. The TV controls the volume level fine but it only powers it on about half the time. Not sure if that's the sound bar's problem or the TV.

Great Soundbar

I use it in my master bedroom and love how it sounds. I have one issue with the soundbar. It will occasionally spontaneously turn on and I will usually discover this in the middle of the night as the Bluetooth light blinks in vain searching for live Bluetooth devices. Overall Loving the soundbar and recommend it for smaller areas and rooms rather than open concept areas with a lot of space.

Has to be turned on

We are in our eighties and have two TV remotes so we can each change channels without getting up and grabbing a remote from the last who used it. Unfortunately, when the TV is turned on, the sound bar also has to be turned on. So, we're back to having to remember who used the sound bar remote last so we can grab it before we sit down.

Not as expected and bass was weak

Never been let down until now ( unless I got a Lemon) This little speaker does not put out any bass, not even when you press the :bass: button on control. The highs are very nice, but not crisp. Kind of painful on certain songs. So I ended up purchasing the JBL version of this size speaker. Same price, and I must say the JBL had deeper bass, louder and crisper sound. I tested both side by side with Sports, Music and Movies. JBL was the clear winner. I was looking for a speaker that wont break the bank for my kids 42 in tv. Sorry Sony I really tried and even had 2 people do a blind listening and the winner was the jbl. Oh yeah and the power cable is very flimsy, with a slight movement of the speaker the wire disconnects from the back.

When the input source does not contain much bass sound, such as in TV programs, the bass sound from the subwoofer may be difficult to hear.
