Doesn’t work properly with multiple brands. You have to connect it everytime you turn on your tv. Sound is garbage, had to turn it to 100/100 to even hear anything. Literally the worst soundbar I’ve heard.

It made a huge difference in the sound quality. However, I purchased it on August 5, 2020 and on September 7, 2020 the voice sounds were all garbled on every channel. I didn't purchase the warranty because I thought Sony was a great brand and have never had any problems with their products before. I am going to contact the store and see if they can do anything. I sure hope this wasn't a $150.00 teaching lesson. Very disappointed!!

It's good if you want a little bit of sound in a bedroom. Maybe good for a kids room. Does not sync with the TV good. Always have to manually turn it on.

Didn't like to sub woofer on the bottom of the sound bar and it was exposed, no screen type cover. I was looking for a very inexpensive sound bar for an outside lanai. This item was inexpensive but just too cheaply built.
