Upgrade from Samsung 7500 because I changed my samsung tv to sony 850c was having some problems with the arc systems, Sony Rep wanted to exchange it because I had it for less than 15 days. Best Buy said no to the exchange, they used the original samsung purchase date. Didn't want to take delivery dates into consideration and the days I had the product in my possession. Lost this customer, who purchased over $2300.00 worth of equipment in the pass 30 days.

At first the sound bar was fantastic. Enjoyed the exquisite tones and just enough base for the living room cinematic experience. My problem came along a few after when the sound bar started malfunctioning. Always in stand by mode for over an hour and would not produce any sound. My opinion get a new product for the risk of an open box just isn't worth it

Using this electronic has increase movie time with my family and successfully reached my expectations of good and clear sound system

This sound bar for the price was suppose to be great. For some reason at EVERY commercial the sounds go higher and I have to manually lower it. Plus for the price, I was suppose to get theater quality sound. I neither get great sound nor loud sounds. Even at 100 percent it sounds low. I WOULD recommend this item to my worst friend.

It is not as loud as my husband would have liked however the sound is great

The sound bar is adequate, no real complaints. Not as impressive as it was in the store, however.

The sound is great. The problem with this system is when you are trying to get to the screen to pick the correct input, you have to hit that button 3 to 10 times for the screen to come up and then your selection often doesn't take. Less than I would expect from Sony.

I bought it because it has the ability to transmit bluetooth. I have a Bose bluetooth speaker beside my chair and I wanted to transmit sound from tv to the Bose speaker. The problem was when I transmitted via bluetooth, it muted my tv. I returned it to Best Buy.

The sound bar sounds good. I referred my brother to it and he also bought one.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SOUND QUALITY AND ITS NOT EVEN SEEN BEHIND THE TV.

Great entry level soundbar. Sony is always a great choice

I bought this as an open box item. Very pleased with this. Great sound.

I generally like this product, but do believe their are better options. The Samsung higher end product I have sounds distinctly better. Don't get me wrong not matter what a soundbar is going to sound much better than the sounds coming from the TV. At the right price point this is a good buy.

Bought this item 6 months ago from Best Buy. Never worked right. Keeps shutting itself off. Junk. We bought almost $10k worth of Sony products 6 months ago from Best Buy. Bought 2 65" 4k ultra tvs for $3k each, and 1 $700 Sound bar. As of today, 2 of these products don't work. Tv is Sony xbr65x930d 65" class android 4k ultra. Called Sony Customer Service. They don't really care. Asked to speak to supervisor. He will not put a supervisor on the phone. So we are stuck with this junk. Don't buy Sony, or you will be stuck too. One tv no longer works. Sound bar never worked, kept shutting off. Customer Service is godawful! Products are godawful! Don't buy! Don't let them convince you their Customer Service is good. They're lying....

After connecting this sound bar, was not as impressed with the sound as compared to my old 5.1 surround system. I returned the bar and got a new 4K and 3D pass through receiver and set up a true surround sound. It was worth doing as I am much more pleased with sound quality.

Nothing to get excited about... ok sound. ok functionality.
