I loved it a big step up from my other sony soundbar

Best sound bar I purchase before, has the best sound.

Our first soundbar had problems. We had to unplug the soundbar and then plug it back in. After dealing with the problem several times within the first week, we contacted Best Buy. The Geek Squad replaced the problematic soundbar. The second one works as it should.

My husband loves the new sound bar, great speakers.

It's okay...just not really sure I need it just yet.

I can't believe what a difference the sound bar makes to the viewing experience of the TV. Would recommend it to anyone with a flat screen tv!

I already have a 5.1 surround system, but sometimes you just want to flip on the tube and watch the news or a regular program. This unit fits the bill when coupled with a current generation Sony TV. Or crank up a football game or even a movie and it really does a nice job and can get really loud with enough bass to feel it. I got this at about half retail price from BB by buying it along with a big 4K TV. I doubt that I wouldn't have bought it at full retail price. I'm using the soundbar as the switching agent, with my cable box, Blu-ray and Roku all plugged into the sound bar, and then running only one HDMI 2.0 cable to the TV's HDMI ARC slot. What's really cool is how well everything integrates. For example, I can simply turn on my five-year-old Sony Blu-ray player and the TV and sound bar both turn on and automatically switch to that source for me, ready to play the movie. Or more common, just turn on the TV and the soundbar comes on with it--exactly as I'd hoped it would. For what this is, the sound has been impressive to me - I wasn't expecting that much out of it. It's not 5.1, but it's way better than any TV's regular sound. And while my previous experience with wireless speakers in the past hasn't been very good, this wireless subwoofer works extremely well and makes it easy to place it wherever you wish. The controls appear on screen if you wire it as I did, but I've found that using the Sony SongPal mobile app is much easier to use and gives me better control -- like selecting the input, adjusting the delay or controlling the subwoofer volume. The app on my iPad somehow just connected to the soundbar via Wifi which made that easy. So five stars for this product, being in its genre.

This product provides exceptional audio -- much better than the TV speakers within our 4K Ultra TV. This product is worth the investment.

It has great sound and quality but after coming back from a month long vacation, subwoofer stopped working. unfortunately it happened on my 13th month and have to send it back to sony for repair, which cost me another 300$ for repair. Not expected to fail in such a short period for high priced product. sony disappointed me for the first time but i still believe sony makes the great product...

All around good soundbar, I got it 60% off, no way would i pay $800 for this product

HTNT-3 Soundbar- works well. Reason for 1 Star review- ongoing abysmal customer service from Sony. We purchased this to go with a new Sony 4K television. (the television's cpu went out on day 2, had to be exchanged) Once installed and mounted, I noticed the cover not fitting well. Checking, I found 3 of 8 tabs that hold the cover in place were broken. Simple, contact Sony and request a replacement cover, right? Wrong. Used the email support site, email response was inaccurate to the issue I was having and advised me to call customer service instead of using the site. I called and spent almost 30 minutes while the rep was "trying to look up the warranty" on the unit. While on hold, I found it for her- 1 year parts/limited labor. She was still unable to confirm that when she sent me to a supervisor. The supe said that I would have to take the whole unit down (granted I wire my components through the wall, not on the surface) and send it all in... Just for a cover. The other option is that I can pay to order and ship a replacement for the defective part. Again, I can pay to fix THEIR damaged part, as well as be without a soundbar for 4-10 weeks while they examine it. The rep also assured me that it must have been damaged by Best Buy or the shipper because there is no way Sony could have accidentally done so. Arrogance and avoidance. I wish I could rate the soundbar based on it's performance but unfortunately I am (once again) so frustrated by Sony's Customer (lack of) Service that I cannot.

better than tv speakers and louder. Remember this is one of Sony's cheapest sound bars, so don't expect anything amazing. But it does what it's suppose to pretty well.

Sounds good fosure but a year out the remote broke! A universal remote cant do what the OGRemote does. Bunk remote!!! Paid too much for that to happen!
