Before we bought this Sony soundbar we owned the Sony surround with 5 of the smaller speakers. This bar and sub woofer have an amazing, full sound and is much less cluttered with fewer speakers and wires.

Bought an open box and it was basically new. Was in perfect condition. The sound was great. Since I own a Sony TV and Sony blue ray, it all synced very well. Glad I made this purchase. Very happy with it.

Excellent sound quality. I'm more partial to the new Samsung curved soundbar we just purchased but I would still recommend the Sony soundbar, as well. I'm not disappointed. Very happy with the purchase.

The set-up and mounting of this sound bar was an absolute breeze. I replace my old multichannel speaker system (the kind that took an hour to calibrate) in just minutes. The only hiccup is that the soundbar automatically switches from the appropriate input when I use my FireTV. Of course, I'm sure this is user error and I just need to program something differently on the TV. Overall, the sound is great and I can listen to music from the other end of the house. Very happy with this purchase!

This product is a great alternative to surround sound. If you don't want the hassel of hard wiring multiple speakers and bluetooth surround sound isn't in your budget, I recommend this sound bar.

This sound at works great. The sound is realistic and lively. I like that it doesn't take up much space. I just wish it was more customizable, so it can always default to a certain channel.

Received this as a gift for my 70" TV. Set-up took less than five minutes. Can't believe how good this sounds! Would absolutely purchase again!

Sony sound bar system is sleek and classy looking. Sound is well balanced and crisp. Setup is simple and remotes are many but convenient. One remote to for audio selection, and another standard remote.

Great sound from a sound bar, easy to hook up, easy to use. We live the Bluetooth connectivity, it's easy to connect to our phones fyi listen to music gem there when we aren't watching tv.

Awesome for our smaller living room. It would not be good for a bigger room. We went with this soundbar because surround systems have too many speaker and we did not want speakers and wires everywhere.

With the way flat panel tvs are made there is not good sound quality . The sound bar and speaker make you feel like you are at the theater

I had a surround sound Blu-ray system with LOTS of wires behind my tv for all the speakers and subwoofer. This sound bar is perfect for me. No wires and the sound is perfect for my den.

Excellent sound. Actually a bit too powerful for a smaller room but easy to adjust. Only negative is that it blocks the IR receiver on the TV unless I lift the remote up a little bit.

I compared several soundbars and decided to go with the Sony. I have enjoyed it tremendously. Sound is clear and provides great home theater feel in my bedroom where it is set up.

Great sound and so easy to set up with different choices to set up, HDMI, optical cable, or even Bluetooth.

I have gone through all soundbars. Starting from Samsung lg Sonos Yamaha in this price range. But I would say this model is the best. Lg and Samsung are the worst. Some how Yamaha is comparable. The only issue I have faced is the remote has started giving issues which was replaced under warranty.

This was the middle of the pack on features and price, but a good system for the normal listener. It pairs seamlessly with the Sony TV I bought

The newer TV's would not be what they are if not for the addition of a quality sound bar. This sound bar makes the entire TV watching process very enjoyable. Great sound integrity.
