I had to go to Best Buy and purchase one from the store. Customer service advised me they could not help me, but I could return the item. I am pleased with the item. Thank you.

The sound produced by this soundbar and wireless subwoofer was very good, but there were occasional "blips" when the sound would shut off for a second or split-second. Another way of describing these blips would be to say that the sound "hesitated" or "skipped". The first time or two that this happened in a program it was relatively unnoticeable, but after it happened several times, it became irritating. I took the soundbar back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a brand new one. A member of the Geek Squad suggested that, instead of using the premium high-speed HDMI cable which I had been using, I try using the included optical cable instead. I am going to try this and see if it eliminates the problem.

I was a little hesitant that I would get quality sound from only one speaker and a subwoofer. The sound is very crisp and the speaker is very easy to install.
