We got the sound bar on Black Friday and the price was amazing. The sound is so much better now and I can hear the tv over children. Great value and sound quality.

Strong, full sound when both pieces were working together. Had a few times when the subwoofer was difficult to connect. Pre-programmed sound fields were very good, and the Bluetooth worked well. The three HDMI inputs with passthrough made setup a breeze and worked flawlessly. Bar sat below my tv's ir sensor, so I had no trouble turning on the tv. I value my floor space, though, so I returned this and got the Sony HT-XT1 sound plate (which sits under the tv and still packs considerable bass).

Ordered without seeing. Didn't realize that subwoofer was a separate unit. A little tedious adjusting both sound volumns. Sound is much better than TV. Great for music.

The system works great, and the sound quality is very good for the price. The bass is good when the sounds uses a lot of bass. Easy to move from tv mode to WiFi mode.

Love this product. Recently, we moved to our rental apartment & this turned out to be a great sound bar. Very convenient to install & great sound.

This sound bar is a must for anyone who loves to enjoy movies at home and feel like you are in the theater. Don't regret buying this for one minute.

I did not want the eight speaker surround sound my husband had set up in our family room, so this was a compromise for us . I am so pleased with its quality and ease of use. It's also nice that I can hook up my phone and play music from there.

The quality of the speaker sound is outstanding. The wireless subwoofer adds great base to accentuate the overall viewing/listening experience.

I was interested in a soundbar system for my living room TV to scale down all the speakers that were part of my 5.1 surround system. This soundbar sounded pretty good in the store, but when I got it home it seems to come ALIVE. This sounds just as loud as my old Onkyo setup and I can actually hear speech now instead loud music and explosions. I even hooked it up to my Audio-technica record player and it makes my vinyl sound good too!!!! I love this unit and recommend it for anyone who wants a good sounding system that doesn't break the bank!

This soundbar did improve the sound of my tv and is decent for the bedroom, but doesn't sound nearly as good as the more expensive version of this soundbar.

This sound system was recommended by the salesman. I had no intention of adding it but now I am so happy I went with it. I realize how important it is to the full experience and enjoyment of the TV. I feel like I am sitting in a movie theater.

We've had our Samsung F5500 series 40" TV for almost 2 years. Never really liked the sound quality. A family member suggested a sound bar, but kept putting it off. The TV was mounted above a gas fireplace; sound was ok, but not great. We recently moved and had to put the TV on a stand and that's when we really noticed the degraded sound quality. Time for a sound bar! Purchased a Sony HTCT380 soundbar (open box) at BestBuy upon recommendation of the sales person. Very pleased with the performance, especially watching musical programming.

I purchased this sound bar and it gets the job done. It has great sound and I use it when playing games, watching sports and even sometimes I stream music from my phone. The sound is loud and clear. It does actually what I need it to do.

This is a great addition to a household that has one person that is hard of hearing. It makes dialogue clearer without having the sound blaring for the person with normal hearing.

Purchased with new 55 inch tv. We live in towne home so didn't need or necessarily want something so powerful that we annoyed neighbors and this was perfect for our room size. Not sure how it would perform in a larger room but for our needs it Provides a movie theatre like sound when watching movies and crisp sound when listening to music. Guests have positively commented as well. Really upgraded the tv and music experience.

I purchased this surround bar to upgrade my 60' Sony Bravia. The combination is amazing, sounds as if you are at the movie theater but you're sitting right in your livingroom. Another great investment.

I never understood why people were always wanting that extra sound bar or surround sound. Now that I had a little taste of the difference, I want a full surround sound system for my new flat screen tv.

had no idea it was not hooked up, sound was only coming from TV, which is pretty good, my daughter over the holidays should me how to turn the sound bar up via the remote and like magic it was working!

This sound bar was very easy to install. Had it up and running in minutes. It sounds great. I would definitely recommend this product.

The only problem with it that I can find, unless there is way unknown to me, is the sync it with my stereo so I can have the bar playing along with my receiver speakers giving a true 'surround sound.'
